Returns & Exchanges

While returns are rare, we understand that our mattress might not be the best fit for everyone. So if, for any reason, you need to return your Afloat please contact our customer care team. We will work with you to decide the best option for returning your mattress at no cost to you and refund your full purchase price. It’s just that easy. The 100 night guarantee offer is limited to one per customer, per household. In addition, our 100 Night Promise is limited to customers residing in the 48 contiguous US states, even though customers outside that area pay the shipping costs from the nearest US port to their location.

You will need to disassemble and re-package your Afloat, so make sure you save the carton and keep it in good condition. It’s likely you’ll love your Afloat and wouldn’t dream of returning it. Even in that case it’s a good idea to store the carton for a future move to a new home. Make sure you also hold on to your Afloat Care Kit as it will be useful not only initially but if and when you move.
