All Afloat mattresses come with our wave-suppression technology. Our waveless water mattress is made with modern materials making this mattress more durable than previous waterbed mattresses. The oversize mattress will be loose so when you lie down the surface will be able to totally conform to the shape of your body, better than any mattress in the market. Our mattresses are compressed in order to ship thus requiring some agitation and time to fully expand, making the bed firmer over time. The compression and time agitation process can take anywhere from a week to a couple of months. Please give your Afloat the proper time to fully expand.

While returns are rare, we understand that the Afloat mattress may not be right for everyone. For that reason, after the initial trial period you decide to return your Afloat please contact our customer service team at service@hallflotation.com. We will work with you to decide the best option for returning your mattress at no cost to you and refund your full purchase price. It’s just that easy.

The 100-night guarantee offer is limited to one per customer, per household and intended for those residing in the 48 contiguous US states. Additionally, the 100-night trial period offer is something we can extend only when you purchase a complete bed directly from Afloat. The trial period is defined as 60 to 100 nights from the date of delivery, and to be eligible for this you must also adhere to the individual or combined sleeper weight qualifications which are found within the product description pages on www.afloatsleep.com.
